GIB Kick-Off Meeting 2025
February 6-7, 2025 – Bangkok, Thailand
The GIB Kick-Off Meeting 2025, the annual Global Inbound Business meeting under the JTB Group, brought together Tour East's management team and country heads from across our destinations. We were also honored to welcome top management guests from Global Marketing Travels (GMT), Japan, and our affiliated company, Lotte JTB, South Korea. This two-day event, hosted at Amari Bangkok, served as a platform for collaboration, strategic planning, and reinforcing our commitment to delivering exceptional travel experiences.
Day 1: Performance Review and Future Outlook
The first day focused on reviewing the past year's performance, sharing insights, and planning for the year ahead. Each country had the opportunity to showcase achievements, discuss challenges, and present forecasts for the future. We were also honored to welcome our representatives from each continent, who gained valuable insights into each destination, ensuring clear and effective communication with our global clients.
The full-day session concluded with a networking dinner, where participants strengthened professional relationships and exchanged ideas in a more relaxed setting.
Day 2: Strengthening Collaboration and Enhancing Services
The second day centered on enhancing service quality and operational efficiency. The Tour East Headquarters team, sales representatives, and destination teams came together to discuss ways to streamline workflows, improve services, and identify areas for growth. The meeting provided a valuable opportunity for team members to share ideas, address challenges, and explore new solutions to enhance our offerings.
